Suddenly Have Instant TV added as service, my bill went up, and I don't want Instant TV
I have an Internet only package. I noticed that Instant TV was added to my service and my bill went up. I never asked for instant tv. Is Instant TV included with my service or what? When I go to the service page to remove instant TV from my services, I get an error page stating that I am not an Instant TV customer. However, I have access to Instant TV so how can I not remove it. I cannot get an answer from Xfinity. Would appreciate an answer.

I have the same question. It's on my list of services but I did not ask for it. I can also click a link to watch live tv. Does this mean I'm going to be charged? It's not clear at all.

It sounds like you may have been in a promotion that expired, but we know billing increases are never a fun surprise. Update: It looks like the issue corrected itself. I now see the servie has been removed.

Yes. I tried to remove it and it took me to a page that stated I do not have the service. Either comcast it giving away Instant TV for free without knowing it or there is a bug in comcast/xfinity's system and you are giving away a free service or something.
When I look on my montly bill, it states all I have is Internet. So what is going on Xfinity.
