Submit Order Error
Hello,
I was signing up for a new plan. I entered my billing information, got the verify your email address email, and clicked submit order. After I clicked submit order, it just brought me back to the xfinity home page. I have not received an order confirmation email. Trying to sign in to my account to see if the order went through just leads to an infinite loop of continuously being asked to sign in.
I tried to start a new order, figuring it refreshed me out and didn't go through, but it randomly brought me back to the home page again before I could finish.
I need to find out if my order was actually submitted or start a new order without errors.
