Subject: Urgent Safety Concern – Reckless Driving by Xfinity Service Vehicle [Edit: "Personal Information"]

Dear Xfinity Customer Service / Safety Department,

I am writing to formally report a serious incident involving one of your service vehicles that posed a significant danger to me, my family, and other motorists on the road.

Date/Time of Incident: September 26, 2025 at approximately 4:10 PM

Location: 237 On-Ramp

While driving with my family, your service driver dangerously cut me off at the last second to make an exit, nearly causing a collision. Even worse, there was a motorcyclist in front of me who was also almost hit. Despite my honking to alert the driver, they continued the reckless maneuver, effectively running both me and the motorcyclist off the road.

This level of disregard for public safety is completely unacceptable, especially from a commercial driver representing your company. I urge you to investigate this incident immediately and take appropriate disciplinary action to prevent this from happening again.

Had this been any other driver, private or commercial, would you have called 911 and reported that driver for reckless driving?

It's good that you got all the information to report here, but in the future, if you hadn't this time, make sure you call 911 next time.
