Subject: Request for Replacement of expired Prepaid Visa Gift Card

Dear [Customer Service],

I hope this message finds you well. My name is [Name], and I signed up for a new service with Comcast Xfinity last year . As part of the promotion, I received a prepaid Visa gift card.

Unfortunately, I have not used or activated my Gift card and it has expired with the full amount on it. 

I have heard that there may be a possibility of obtaining a replacement for gift cards, and I was wondering if you could provide guidance on the steps to take in order to request a new one. I have all the necessary information related to my account and the original gift card, and I am happy to provide any additional details required to facilitate the process.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @RUSHANGP. I hope you are doing well also. We can submit a request for that replacement card from here for you. Please send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Xfinity Johh g,  I have the same issue with a reissue request.  It has been mailed and they claim not to have received it.  Can you please help the quote id is [Edited - Privacy]
