Subject: Ongoing Internet Connectivity Issues and Potential Overcrowding of Service Bandwidth
Dear ISP Customer and Service/Support,
I am writing to address recurring connectivity issues with my high-speed internet service, despite paying for a premium connection that was assured to resolve such problems. While I have had equipment replaced multiple times, the issue persists. After each replacement, the connection improves briefly, only to deteriorate again within a short period.
Based on my experience, I suspect that the root cause may be an overload on your network infrastructure, potentially due to an increasing number of customers, which is crowding the bandwidth that I pay for. It appears that only after I contact you with a complaint does the issue get temporarily resolved.
Recently, your customer service team recommended sending a technician to my home, with the comment that I might be charged for the visit if the issue is not related to your services. However, given the consistent pattern of intermittent connectivity and the history of unresolved problems, I believe this may be a broader network issue rather than something specific to my equipment or home setup.
I feel that I should not be charged for a technician visit when the underlying issue likely stems from factors within your control, particularly as I am already paying for a premium service that is not consistently delivering the stability I was promised.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a permanent resolution to the connectivity issues. Please advise on the next steps to address this, without incurring additional costs for a technician visit.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
