Subject: Damaged Comcast Utility Pedestal – Repair or Removal Request

A Comcast utility pedestal located on my property has been damaged for several years after it was struck by a moving truck. The enclosure is bent open and leaning, exposing the equipment inside. Previous attempts by both my former neighbor and me to report the damage have not resulted in a repair.

Property address:

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Please have your Outside Plant Maintenance team inspect this pedestal. If it is still in service, I request that it be repaired or replaced. If it is no longer in service, I request that it be removed.

I have photographs documenting the condition and can provide them upon request.
