Subject: Complaint Regarding Comcast Vehicle Blocking My Assigned Parking Spot
Dear Comcast,
I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered involving one of your company vehicles. I live in a condominium with strictly assigned parking spots for residents. Unfortunately, one of your drivers parked in my assigned space, forcing me to park far away. This was particularly inconvenient as I had several grocery bags and had to make multiple trips because the driver refused to move.
The vehicle in question had two identifiers: EF0009921 (located under the back passenger side door) and 20894 (located under the mirror). I am unsure which one is the correct van ID.
This incident caused me significant inconvenience, and I kindly ask that you remind your drivers to respect designated parking rules to avoid similar situations in the future.

Hello user_jdmpjy, thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience, I can see why that would be frustrating to deal with. Especially when you have a car full of grocers to haul back and forth. I've lived in places with assigned parking and know all too well how that goes, so I'd love a chance to look into this more with you. I'd like to grab some additional details privately. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
