Subcontractor non-payment dispute
To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out in regards to a prime contractor and a subcontractor currently holding the power supply contract for the state of Georgia in Augusta and Atlanta. Dispute Is due to nonpayment for work done in December and the contract was net 21 and the payment was due on January 16 2026 and now it is February 6, 2026 and the payment is still not been received. The subcontractor informed me that the payment would be delayed and then told me in the weeks following that I just wasn’t going to get paid And now they’re telling me they have to have a meeting with Comcast and I may possibly get paid on February 13, 2026. My payments for work done Is not contingent on Comcast paying the prime or subcontractor which I did work for. I need to escalate this matter to the proper department. I need Comcast to look into this before I escalate it further to a legal matter. Please contact me at my email [Edited: "Personal Information"]
