Subcontractor for Xfinity installed splitter on my cable connection to run line to neighbors house
The tap at the pole only has two ports available. I had a port for 20 years. Two neighbors moved in and subcontractor for Xfinity cut my line and installed a splitter on my cable wire. My signal is weak, internet disconnections, and my tv will pixelate. I have reported this twice now. Both Technicians agreed poor connection and put in construction request. A new line was dug in my yard but never connected to my house or pole. Construction was notified to install additional tap with more than 2 ports. This was initiated in August of 2022. I reached out again in December 2022. I still have temp cable running across front yard. Can someone that works for Xfinity help me? I have been very patient with this.
