Stupid AI chatbot and being overcharged

I’m getting really tired of wasting my time over this. I’ve now spoken to TWO live agents about the exact same billing issue. Both of them told me it was fixed. Both of them told me my bill would be $45 with AutoPay.

Guess what processed today? $55!!

Then I spent forever trying to get another agent, only to be trapped in an AI chat that repeatedly says “I’ll connect you with an agent” and then immediately sends me back to the same menu. It never actually transfers me. I’ve now put more time into fixing this $10 mistake than the $10 is worth, it's actually ridiculous. If your representatives aren’t actually making the changes they promise, and your chatbot won’t let customers reach a human, how are we supposed to get anything resolved?

Can someone from Xfinity actually look at my account history, read the notes from my previous two chats, and explain why I was told twice that this was fixed when it clearly wasn’t? Because this is becoming absurd.

Hello @user_2k4q2f I'm sorry to hear this autopay billing issue has gone unresolved. We'd be happy to take a look at the account and see what is possibly causing it not to reflect. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
