Why have I not received the $200 worth of Uber Eats reward that was promised to me when I signed up with Xfinity? I signed up in September 2025 and still have not gotten the credit.

Hello @user_319o6u, based on the Xfinity Student Deals for Fall 2025, new 1 Gig or 2 Gig customers were eligible for this $200 gift card. Typically, these rewards require the account to remain in good standing for 90 days after activation. 

Have you checked the status on our Xfinity Incentive Tracker?
