Student offer gift cards never received (Aug 2025 signup)

I signed up for Xfinity Internet in August 2025 under the 2025 student offer (1 Gig at $50/mo with Peacock Premium for 2 years), which included $200 in gift cards. My account has been in good standing on autopay since activation, but the gift-card fulfillment email never arrived (expected Nov-Dec 2025). The Incentive Tracker lookup just hangs on 'Processing request.' Could an Xfinity employee review this and DM me so I can share my account details privately?
