Student Incentive Offer

When I signed up for my internet, I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card after 3 months of continuous service/on time payments. According to incentive tracker, an email was sent with my reward to my account, but there is no email in my inbox or spam in the address associated with my Xfinity account. Incentive tracker says it was sent November 8th, but there is nothing there. Any help or assistance in getting my reward properly sent through would be appreciated.

Hello user_zzbjk4! Thank you so much for taking advantage of the student incentives that were being offered. I'm excited that you are able to claim your incentive. I'm sorry that you did not receive the email. With our student incentives the email would have been sent from cardlink@yourcard.xfinity.com and treatyourself@yourcard.xfinity.com to activate the card. 

Since you did not receive the email you can connect with our incentive team online or by phone through the contact us page on the inventive tracker website. They will be able to reissue the prepaid card for us and make sure that you receive the email.
