Student Discount
I just barely made an account today and then saw the student deal. It won’t let me get the discount new because technically I’m not a new customer even though I just made an account less than an hour ago and have not had internet installed yet

You can change it at any time, but please do not use your entire first and last name, as this is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and is a violation of our Community Standards.
You mentioned that you just made an account less than an hour ago. Are you able to cancel the order you have in place? If so, I would recommend that, clearing all cache and cookies, and then trying to create a new order using the student promotion you were interested in.
