Student discount plan change

I currently have the 100Mbps student discount plan, but I was hoping to move up to the 175Mbps or the 200Mbps student discount plan. Whenever I try to change my plan it only lets me choose the regular 200Mbps plan which is too expensive for me. Thanks for the help.
