Student Discount Gone

Hey there user_oh80ey 👋 I for sure know how much every dollar counts as a student, so I can understand how that student discount you were seeing not being there can hit. Rest assure you're in the best place for help, and I'd be glad to see how we can get to the bottom of why that discount disappeared. 

Up to this point, have you been able to review your previous months bill statement in full online or through the Xfinity app to see if anything was disclosed about the discount rolling off? Whenever a discount is about to be removed or expire, we always make sure to disclose that information at least a full statement in advance.
