Stuck in Scheduled Move
Hello, I moved last month and thought my xfinity prepaid service was moved with the scheduled move, however, my account was still linked to my old address and it was not moved. My old address service ended and now I have no internet. I work from home and need this set up ASAP. How can I fix this? I do not want to talk to the AI assistant or a robot voice on the phone. I need this fixed now.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
