Stuck in loop

Xfinity Assistant keeps looping and won’t connect me to an agent. Need help provisioning/activating new modem and credit for gigabit service not delivered.

It looks like it now broke me out of the loop but when I select the “Chat with an agent” button, it says “Got it. I'll put you in touch with a live agent now.” and doesn’t put me in an actual queue

user_htgpi3, I am not sure on why this is happening. Let's take another route. The best recommendation for your activation is to go through the application. Visit this link here following the instructions for your new gateway. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfi-gateway-app
