Street connection not finished in 5 months while I'm paying
Hi
Want to seek for help on what I can do. I've got a new house here so the cable was not connected from the street to my house. The comcast agent said that I need to start subscription first, so I did. It was July where I started to pay, however, it gets 3 months for them to do the underground work, and 3 more months after that the underground cable was still not connect to either the street cable my house yet. Calling them doesn't help, each time they just send someone and the one came will say "oh, street cable was not connected, so I cannot help. I can only help you to connect your modem"
Any suggestions what help I can seek for, and how do I get refund for those subscription I paid?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
