Streamsaver AppkeTV+ Activation

I clicked on the Apple TV+ link, but I get a message that says to come back when my xfinity service is active. Netflix and Peacock activated just fine.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried clearing your browser's cache & cookies and then trying again? Also, did you try activating through a different web browser to see if that helps correct this?

Why is it that the Xfinity App does not work to do this.  I will see if I can figure out your suggestions and try them.   But am frustrated with the App.

@user_dyngv2 Thank you for giving that a try! The Xfinity app is a perfect place to manage all your Xfinity services. You can pay your bill, check the connection of your devices, and upgrade your service, just to name a few! Since Apple TV+ is owned and operated by a different company, we need to activate that through Apple.

 

Please make sure you're signed into you Xfinity account, follow this link (customer.xfinity.com/activate-apple-tv-plus), click "Activate Apple TV +", and follow the steps to get everything up and running.
