I am so mover this company. If I had another option, I would you gone in a heartbeat. My daughter is staying a relatives home because they have a family emergency and can’t even stream the basketball or hockey games she wants to watch on her computer because it wants her to be on our home network. What the [Edited: Language] do I pay 280 [Edited: Language] dollars a month for? Then you keep raising my price!!! Picture on my local sports channel was awful for two weeks. I wanted to watch the World Junior hockey tournament at work and because of a license agreement I could not. Last year no problem. You advertise watch your favorite shows anywhere anytime. That is a lie. 15 minutes just to log on to Bally sports because off all the approval [Edited: Language]. So tired of you people. I spent an hour of my work day trying to get a person [Edited: Language]!!! Your not had no idea what my issue was. Then you wanted to send a tech to my house. But wait I need to take a day off from work?? [Edited: Language] that. So tired of this [Edited: Language]. You have no value of your customers or their time.

@user_bpibab Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Team to bring your experience with your services to our attention. I can see how frustrating it would be, not to be able to enjoy your favorite teams. I would be frustrated as well. Looks like there are a couple different things to address, and I'm happy to look at your services and see there is something that could be causing an overall issue with your services that would need a technician to take a look.
-Your daughters services: If she is outside the home, the Xfinity Stream App goes into a TV Go set up. The reason being, is not all areas have the same channels, and subscriptions available. Here is a great resource for being able to view services outside the home.
