Streaming issues

When streaming about every 1/2 hr I lose connection and it goes back to the home screen. Please help.

I've done everything that the AI has suggested but still having issues.

@user_ul5bse Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand how important it is to have a reliable connection, as well as the frustration if you are experiencing drops in that connection. We would love to help you resolve this. You mentioned that it is dropping while streaming. Is it just the device that you are streaming on that loses connection or are you losing connection on all of your devices? How long is the connection dropping for and what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? I definitely don't want to ask you to repeat anything, unless necessary.
