Streaming hbomax

Last night while watching a show on hbomax it quit streaming. All attempts to sign back in failed. 11 phone call attempts to get live help failed. This morning I tried again but the automated system kept telling me my modem was in a restart, no further help was available until the process finished. Hours later and still the same message. How do I get live help? I pay $16.99 a month for hbomax yet still cant stream it. So frustrated with xfinity!

We most certainly want to help you get this working again. For troubleshooting purposes, how are you trying to stream HBOMAX, via a Cable box or on a Mobile device?

I have a similar issue with access to HBO MAX and have reached out to both HBO MAX and Xfinity. Neither has been able to rectify this or commit to notification or a solution My Xfinity ticket # is [Edited - Privacy] (after being handed off to 5 different chat agents after a long process to access via the bot assistant. I have tried all the options and there is an acknowledged problem with the HBO MAX side not enabling the final verification with an email code. I have subscribed seamlessly for several years via Xfinity, and this hitch emerged in the past few days.
