Stream Saver expired

Using Xumo Box. Netflix & AppleTV apps show "resubscribe." Received emails yesterday from Netflix & Apple saying "Come back soon."

Greetings, @user_ae1479. I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your StreamSaver subscription. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what happened? Was your StreamSaver subscription canceled, or did you just start receiving these errors unexpectedly? What happens when you try to resubscribe on the Xumo box? Is it asking for payment, or giving you another type of error?

I didn't cancel. I received emails from both Netflix & Apple about subscription ending. Tried to access apps on Xumo but both show resubscribe. Tried to logout/log into those apps but no change.
