Stream app

I am trying to install the stream app on a tv with a Roku.  It is telling me that I can only use on my home Wi-fi but I have it on another tv that is not on home WiFi.  Why will it no work on this one?

Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums Team for assistance with your Xfinity Stream App. For the best exprience it's recommended to connect to your home network so that your  TV can pull your subscription channels. If you are trying to watch live TV, yoiu will need to be connected to your home network. Please give it a try, and let me know if you are able to successfully install the app once connected to your home network.
