STORM TORE DOWN CABLE

The storms on Sunday in my area caused the xfinity cable wire connected to the pole at the road to break off and now my internet has been offline since then. I have tried every contact method i could find and still no help! This is ridiculous! I homeschool my

daughter and have had to postpone her schooling until we either get this fixed or find a new provider!!!! Why is it so hard to report a down cable and have it fixed in a reasonable amount of time???

Oh, no @user_kvyg1i, I see that you are reaching out to report a downed cable line that has caused your internet to be offline and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As a parent myself, I can imagine how frustrating it is to not have your service working especially with homeschooling your daughter.  Our team will be happy to get this reported over to our local team for repair and to get your service back up and running.
