Storm Ready WiFi Cost and returns

I was sent storm ready wifi equipment in May that I was not aware of that I ordered. Upon receipt of the equipment, I tried to return it to the local Xfinity store as I did not want it. They would not take it. I called Xfnity customer service and asked how to return the storm ready equipment, I was told to take it to the store. Again, the store would not take it. I called Xfinity again and told them I would not pay for the Storm ready service as I have been trying to return the equipment. I was told the cost and equipment would be removed from the bill - it was not. I have called numerous more times trying to return the equipment and have the charge removed from my account - no luck. Finally, I was told that I need to fill out an on-line form to return the equipment and my account will be fully credited for the Storm ready service and equipment. I filled out the form and got an e-mail stating the Xfi pods were out of warranty (I'm trying to return storm ready equipment, not Xfi pods). I have filled out the form 3 more times with no response. I called again and Xfinity opened a service ticket to try and help me. A day later, I got a text stating the file was closed with no further information on how to proceed. I still have the storm ready equipment, I still am being unfairly charged for the equipment, no one can tell me how to return the equipment for credit. I'm ready to cancel my entire account with Xfinity unless this is resolved to my satisfaction.
