Storm knocked out tv service
I was so frustrated with my tv, I tried everything. I unhooked the cable hooked it back up, refreshed my modem. Nothing seemed to help. I called customer service for help.
I did reach customer service and talked to a representative by the name of ANUJ. The good spirits were with me when I was reached this representative. He did troubleshoot my TV and a technician had to be sent out to my home, but not until the next day. I told Anuj i was retired age seventy seven and did watch my share of t v shows. He patiently gave me step-by-step directions of how to watch shows and things that I had recorded on my tv, onto my phone.
What a thrill to know that I can watch my favorite shows. I couldn't thank Anuj enough. He was very humble, but honestly, he had a lot of patience and was very professional with me, taking through all the steps to help me be able to see my shows. Thank you, Xfinity, for hiring this intelligent professional kind representative.๐
