Storm damaged cables blocking driveway

A storm 10 days ago ripped the main comcast cable off the utility poles in front of my house.  It has been blocking my driveway.  Called in Saturday 7/29/23.  Still has not been fixed!

@XfinityVianney​ Account [EDIT: Private Information Removed], current ticket # [EDIT: Private Information Removed, not sure of the ticket number from 7/29.

This is the main feed cable that runs down the highway I live on.  There is a utility pole broken off several lots down from me.  Also there is a 150ft tree laying on the cable several lots down.

I have pictures, but don't see a way to attach them.
