Store Experience Complaint
I went to the Xfinity store today on a Saturday morning where the store was packed with customers waiting.
And unfortunately for 20 minutes I sat there watching the Store Manager Patricia and 3-4 Xfinity employees standing there at the desk (stations 9-11) not helping customers. Instead, the store Manager (i was told her name is Patricia) wearing a red shirt and long black wavy hair), was talking the whole time about selling her $2,000 Louis Vuitton purses. And during the time she was there, she also turned her back to all the customers for quite a while to text on her personal phone (which had a white phone case).
I was so upset that the Store Manager is leading her employees to totally disregard all the Xfinity customers.
I went up and asked Patricia (the store manager) if that desk was available to assist rhe customers waiting and she said No. Frustrated as I was ai then asked her why she can't help customers if she has time to talk about a purse and text for the entire time.
She got mad and looked the other way.
The store is located at 1501 S. University Dr. #4, Plantation, FL.
I went in today at 10:45am ET on September 12,2026.
Xfinity Corporate needs to be made aware that the store manager is not customer driven at all. Horrible experience!
I would like Xfinity Corporate to reach out to me to confirm this formal complaint has been recieved and addressed.
