Store complaint

We went about a month ago to the Tuscaloosa, AL store location. We got there about an hour or so before they closed. We were about to get 2 new phones and the employee told us she didn't have time due to security reason they couldn't be open past closing time. We have been customers of xfinity for over 5 years.

Today, on a Saturday, we go back to the store around lunch time and they are now closed on Saturday and Sunday!! That is the ONLY time I am able to go into the store as I have a Monday thru Friday job when they are open (8-5).

We were going to get 2 new phones today but now are having to look at other companies to switch to as xfinity does not want any business from us. We will now have to switch all our services with xfinity: mobile, internet, home and TV to another service provider.
