Stop recordings being removed off DVR without my knowledge

To whom it may concern,

I don't know why but recordings from one particular show keep getting removed without my approval.

How can I stop this?

LukeS1973 Are the recordings that are being removed older than 1-year old? Also, make sure that the episodes you want to retain, don't have 'Save until space is needed' enabled or your DVR will delete to make room for your new recording.

Recording age is possibly one year, save until space is needed, also, but ample room is available, eliminating the need to create space. An option could be provided to allow subscribers to select which recording could be replaced or to issue a warning if recording this program would necessitate replacing another program to free up space.

The recordings being removed after 1-year appears to be a default setting on our end. In regard to your other feedback on what options would work better, we'll get that sent over to our Engineering Team, we are always looking for ways to improve the user experience and more customization is an excellent idea.

@LukeS1973​  DVR is a TEMPORARY storage device, if you want something permanent (longer than 1 year) youll need to offload that recording onto some sort of PC or disc or thumb drive.

DVR is not a permanent archiving device
