stop mobile line [Edited]

Hello Team,

I placed request to stop my xifinity services internet and mobile line on the 5th April 2026. However internet is stopped and equipment returned. I still see my mobile line is active and I don't want to pay anything beyond 7th April 2026 which is my disconnection date request..

I tried reaching you guys but couldn't because of my account is not active. Please text me on my registered email address as per your database detail.
