Stop doing internet repairs on week days

People work from home. Do your repairs on weekends like all the other competing companies. I’m sick and tired of waiting hours out of my work day for your slow workers to get the job done

Greetings, @user_db2b63! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you've been adversely affected by this recent maintenance, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

I know our maintenance team makes every effort possible to limit planned upgrades and repairs to the overnight and/or weekend hours under normal circumstance, but there can be unexpected complications, or outright access issues, that will cause them to schedule work during the business day. These are definitely the exception, and not the rule, but it can still make things difficult when you depend on active service.
