Stood up 3 times by technician

I have been without internet for a couple of weeks now. I have had a technician scheduled to come out and been stood up three times. After the first time, I called and spoke to a very rude agent who told me that he couldn’t snap his fingers and make an appointment happen when I didn’t want to go through the troubleshooting steps again as I already had several times and it was determined we needed a technician to come out. He also told me that my ticket had already been completed and kept completely disregarding the fact that it was not completed as I had told him several times. Now I have had this happen 3 times where no one has showed up. I have kids who have assignments due for school and I sometimes work from home and we have already been slowed down on my hotspot with my cell provider due to using so much data. Also, the rude agent tried to sign me up for unlimited hotspot on a cell phone so it wouldn’t be an issue. No thanks, I just want the internet I’m paying for. The last time the technician didn’t show, I was just rescheduled to a time in the middle of the day when I can’t be there due to work, and I can’t take off knowing they are unlikely to come. What can I do to get my internet back up and running? I’m about ready to switch providers.
