Stolen/Lost phones

On Aug. 25th 2024 I went into a Xfinity mobile store to acquire service I purchased 2 IPhone 15 pro max devices. The phones were shift out with an expected 2 day delivery the phones made it to my neighborhood FeDEx after that there was no more tracking information. I called in for almost 2 weeks to be told that they can’t find the phones then I was told to contact Xfinity mobile in requested a refund 4 days in a still have not received my refund this by far has been the most horrible experience that I have had with a cellular company. I have decide to nolonger
