Stolen xFi Gateway device
I had an xFi Gateway delivered to my new apartment just before I moved in and the package was stolen before I could retrieve it. Is there any way I can get a new one sent to me?

Hey there, @froehlr. That is never a fun experience when you're eagerly anticipating a package to get service started. You'll want to file a claim with the carrier and provide them with the tracking number you should have received in the email communications. They will be able to get that device effectively removed from your Xfinity account so you are not responsible for being the victim of theft. Going into your local Xfinity Store is always the quickest option to get equipment and can find your local store using our tool. That tool also provides the option to schedule an appointment in the store to avoid any possible wait times.
Please also note that sending unsolicited peer to peer direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, but I look forward to further assisting you in the DM you already sent to get another device shipped out to you.
