As for getting a new one, if you do have a local Xfinity Store you could pick one up there. We can also ship one out, it would take about 3 to 5 business days to be received. Once the new one is received we will need to have the old equipment removed from the account. Please let me know if this helps.
Are you looking to have the modem shipped out or pick it up at a local store? If you intend to go to the store, it would be good to bring it just in case.
