Stolen package

I ordered an Internet package with Xfinity and it was supposed to be delivered with ups. I got a notification that my package has  arrived, I went to check my mailbox and it wasn’t there. I’m not sure if it got stolen or deliver to the wrong address. All it said was It was delivered to Minneapolis mn. Am I able to get a refund or something since I didn’t receive it?
