STOLEN IPHONE
I was scammed by a person claiming to be an Xfinity rep. I need to block the IMEI number on an iphone so that I can make sure no one is using it. Also, I need to get a new phone. I have tried to speak with someone several times and I am just waiting on hold.

To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
