stolen equipment
I am moving into an apartment on Saturday, December 20th. I had my equipment delivered today and then planned to stop by and grab it after work. It said it was delivered to the door but when I arrived the equipment was not there. I’m hoping it wasn’t stolen but I couldn’t find it anywhere, I talked either the delivery guy and he was really kind but couldn’t do anything. Would I be able to get replacement equipment at no charge? Where can I report the problem?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
