Stolen equipment
I recently canceled my plan because I no longer reside at the address it was assigned to. The person who still lives at the address is refusing to return the equipment to Comcast or to myself. Is this considered stealing? I canceled the plan because I wasn't using it and I want to avoid being charged for the equipment.
