Stolen Equipment

Hi there! I am moving into my apartment on July 5th, this Friday. I had my equipment delivered today and then planned to stop by and grab it after work. It said it was delivered to the door but when I arrived the equipment was not there. I’m hoping it wasn’t stolen but i won’t be able to find out until I move in on Saturday. Would I be able to get replacement equipment at no charge?

user_uezh2r - You can visit a nearby Xfinity service center to pick up new equipment, and use this link to book your appointment to skip any lines. Simply let our team in store know what happened and they will get you new equipment and all taken care of.
