Stolen Equipment
I am moving into an apartment on Saturday, December 16th. I had my equipment delivered today and then planned to stop by and grab it after work. It said it was delivered to the door but when I arrived the equipment was not there. I’m hoping it wasn’t stolen but i won’t be able to find out until I move in on Saturday. Would I be able to get replacement equipment at no charge?

@user_uav9mn Thank you for reporting the issue to us and Welcome to the Xfinity family! I know a move can be hectic in its own way, so this is not something I want added to your plate. Yes, we can ship out a new device for you and open a research request with UPS for the missing delivery. You can also stop by a Xfinity store location to pick up a modem. It would be the quickest way to set up your services tomorrow.
Does your new place have a mail room or leasing office? My previous complex had an office that received deliveries from shippers. If your new home offers that, it might be helpful to check with them too.
