Stole my money for a year, FOR none exciting phone

I was charged 189.00 for three phones.   For an entire year. They placed a phone in suspend mode for the entire year.   Instead of disconnecting it.   Than said I had to have requested for it to be done.    The reps are either rude <Edited: Inflammatory> to you.   Won't actually investigate.    Or they offer you change <Edited: Inflammatory>.   And don't leave oit how long they leave you on the phone hoping you hang up.    I truely hate the ignorance this company displays.     I'll be leaving & taking a few businesses with me.
