Still waiting for service

Bought a new house the only internet available today is xfinity so I set it up for install on Feb 28 today is March 15th and still no service  a dozen phone calls and hours talking to so called account managers and today they say another week because someone put an error on the order that was told to me at least 5 times and no one bothered to fix so I had the pleasure of waiting around all day for a tech who would never come because my appointment had some kind of error  so now supposedly fixed and the next appointment I can get is a week away  all I can say is when any competition comes around and they will the large new development might just leave xfinity in droves if they don't drastically change there incompetent people and get some customer service
