Still waiting for my refund to my credit card

I returned a phone back to the call center over a month ago and still haven’t received not received the promised refund back to my credit card. Who can I speak to about this issue?

user_4bqtm6 Thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forums. Feel free to send us a direct message, so we can do all we can to help with the refund. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

@user_4bqtm6 thank you for sending the direct message, I was able to receive that. I'll follow up with you there to continue with Xfinity Mobile device refund.
