Still waiting for my refund to my credit card

I returned a phone back to the call center over a month ago and still haven’t received not received the promised refund back to my credit card. Who can I speak to about this issue?

user_4bqtm6 Thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forums. Feel free to send us a direct message, so we can do all we can to help with the refund. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

This has been thee most frustrating experience I have ever had with Xfinity and I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years. The Xfinity call center has been a horrible nightmare for me. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Going into the actual Xfinity store has always been wonderful for me with customer service. I will never buy any item via the call center again.

@user_4bqtm6 I completely understand wanting to get the device refund resolved, and sorry to hear of the frustration with trying to get this resolved. I'd like to help investigate the refund further, and was hoping providing some additional details will be more successful with getting the direct message sent: 

To send a direct message: 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
