Still waiting for my Amazon card.

It's included in my first bill, my order confirmation, and I've seen people on the forums also complain about this. I'd like it resolved as quickly as possible. How can I get what I'm owed?

Hello LevinLorelei,  I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your Amazon gift card yet. There are certain wait times and requirements that need to be met before they get delivered. Have you attempted to check the status of your gift card through our Xfinity Incentive Tracker yet?

Yes, and it says "Pending Fulfillment Eligibility." The initial offer was included in my bill, and it's been over a month since my service began. How long is this going to take? Thank you.

I can take a look at the deal that you signed up for and check the fine print on the gift card for you. In order to do that I need you to send a direct message with your full name and address and we will review your account and order. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
