Still receiving advertisement emails after opting out of all

Hi there! This question has been asked before but the person never seemed to get an answer. I’ve gone into my privacy center and opted out of all email communications. I’m still getting emails with “THIS EMAIL IS AN ADVERTISEMENT
You're receiving this email because you are a current Comcast customer.

If you do not wish to receive emails like this in the future, please click here “

when I click there, it takes me to my privacy center. And everything is turned off. I really hate hearing from you Comcast. I have you because you have a monopoly on cable in my community, not cause we’re friends. I’ve called so many times. Nobody knows why. 

you’re the best at being the absolute worst and shadiest company I have the misfortune of dealing with. My compliments.

@user_89qlgh Good morning! Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding the emails you are receiving. I can see how this would be frustrating, and want to be sure you are able to get the resolution you need. May I ask if these are specific advertisements? Have you tried to mark as spam as well?

The concern is not "Xfinity Compliments" related..... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
